Our Founders
Sisters and co-founders.
In 2006, sisters Nathalie and Valerie opened Le Coffee Shop on Royal Road in Floreal. They'd always cooked and baked for family and friends — the café was the natural next step.
The menu has evolved and the café has moved to a new home on Georges Guibert St, but it's still the same two sisters running it — with the same commitment to good food, honestly made.

My personal favourite was especially 'mimi pain burger'. Pastries are delicious. Nice place to relax after hectic day at work. Quick lunch. You can also order amazing cakes with the most fantastic decorations. Take away is as efficient as eating there. This place is worth coming and you should try."
